    Bitizen One

    Bitizenship Capital approved as management company of Bitizen One (formerly Unbound).

    The general assembly of unit holders held on 23 October 2026 approved Bitizenship Capital, SCR, S.A. as the management company of the fund, with effect from 1 November 2026. Until that date the fund remains managed by 3 Comma Capital, SCR, S.A.

    The same assembly resolved a capital increase of the fund. Subscriptions remain closed. If a new subscription period opens, its terms will be published on this page and sent to unit holders.

    The fund's name is Bitizen One, Fundo de Investimento Alternativo Fechado. Documents issued before the change of name refer to it as Unbound.

    Aspect I

    Bitizenship Capital becomes management company of Aspect I.

    Bitizenship Capital, SCR, S.A. manages Aspect I, Fundo de Capital de Risco, from 1 September 2026. Valuations before that date were calculated by the previous management company.

    The firm

    Authorisation of Bitizenship Capital by the CMVM.

    On 16 July 2026 the Board of the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários granted Bitizenship Capital, SCR, S.A. the authorisation to start its activity as a venture capital company and small-sized management company under the Asset Management Regime.
