About us

We are builders. We manage funds we would want to invest in ourselves, so our interests stay aligned with our investors' over the long term. We launch few funds, and we choose each one carefully.

Our story

Bitizenship Capital was born in Bitcoin. The group launched the first Bitcoin ecosystem fund for the Portuguese Golden Visa, and its success showed what a builder can bring to fund management.

We set the firm up in Porto to manage funds directly, with the care we put into our own companies and a service designed for investors who live across borders. Authorised in Portugal in 2026, it manages that first fund, now Bitizen One, from 1 November 2026, alongside Aspect I, a venture capital fund for Portuguese real estate companies.

Across its founders, the firm brings a capital formation track record of more than €130 million and a decade of building companies in technology, digital assets and real estate. We are part of a group of integrated companies, and we would love to hear from you.
