(the "Company"), a public limited company (sociedade anónima) incorporated under Portuguese law, with single registration and tax number (NIPC) 519343018, share capital of €75,000 and registered office at Rua Dom Pedro V, 410, 2.º, 4050-015 Porto, Portugal.

The Company is authorised by the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) to manage venture capital and alternative investment undertakings under the Asset Management Regime approved by Decree-Law no. 27/2023, as a small-sized management company, and is subject to its supervision. Its registration (CMVM entity code 210051) can be checked on the CMVM website, www.cmvm.pt.

The Company's statutory auditor is PKF & Associados, SROC, Lda.

The Company is part of the Bitizenship group. The group's holding company is Bitizenship Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore, which advises clients on residency and citizenship and operates the website bitizenship.com.

Bitizenship Pte. Ltd. is not authorised to provide investment services and does not market units in funds managed by the Company. The Company carries out its regulated activity independently, under the supervision of the CMVM and through its own channels.

The information on this website describes the Company and its activity in general terms. For each fund it manages, the Company publishes a summary, the history of its net asset value and selected documents in force. Any further information on a specific fund is provided only to investors who meet the requirements of that fund's documentation, once the identification and anti-money laundering checks required by law have been completed.

This website is not intended for persons in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law.

The figure of €130m+ refers to the capital formation achieved by the Company's founders across their own companies, the Bitizenship group and the programmes they have led. It is a measure of the founders' experience and is unrelated to the assets under management of the Company or to the results of any fund it manages. Other figures on this website are stated as at the date shown at the end of this notice.
